Order Info-
We appreciate you coming to the Addy
Jay Web site. We try to provide a large variety
or styles and fabrics. If you want a certain
fabric or theme, for example, tractors or
ladybugs, you can make a request and we will do
what we can to accommodate you. Once you make
your selection and order, you will be led to the
Paypal Web site to confirm your selection and
pay. We chose to use Paypal because they are the
leader when it comes to online secure ordering
and credit card processing. You can pay with a
bank account, all credit cards and even checks
through Paypal. All orders must be
completed through the AddyJay.com Web site.
Shipping
Info-
Bibs are always created within 1 week of
ordering. At that point they are shipped via the
United States Postal Service. Each order placed
can only be shipped to one address. If you want
bibs sent to multiple addresses, you must
complete separate orders. When you choose your
shipping option you are given 3 choices. There
is no charge for "pick up", a flat $4.99 fee for
first class orders and a flat $9.99 charge for
priority orders. All orders over $100 are
mailed "priority" at no charge.
Pick Up- You are welcome to pick it up at 147 S. Broadway,
Turlock, CA if you live in the surrounding area.
However your order still must be made and paid
for over the Web from this Web site.
Standard - Items mailed first class. The west coast is
generally delivered within 3 days and the east
coast 5 days.
Priority - Items mailed priority. West coast delivery is 1-2
days and east coast 2-3 days.
Gift
Packaging-
All orders are gift packaged at no additional
fee so they make perfect gifts. Each is
carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed
with an Addy Jay sticker. We are always happy to
include a small note if this is being sent as a
gift.
Returns
Policy-
Returns are only accepted if the
item received is not in acceptable condition or
not what was ordered. If this be the case, the
bib must be returned within 14 days and a refund
will be granted. This has yet to happen. I make
sure the bib sent out is of the highest quality
and workmanship. Bibs are not returnable if the
become stained by your child, ripped or
destroyed in any way.
